Mr. Abdulrahman Al Mazroua

Biography

Eng. Abdulrahman Almazroua is currently working as a Cyber security Consultant  at an International Healthcare Organization).He was working as a Chief of Cybersecurity at Eastern Health Cluster and CISO at King Fahad Specialist Hospital in Saudi Arabia. He holds a Master Degree in Computer Information System (CIS) with over 15 year’s experiences in Information Technology, Cybersecurity and Management.

Eng. Almazroua built the first Cybersecurity office at both King Fahad Specialist Hospital and the First Eastern Health Cluster. He is a Member of the Sectoral Committee of Cybersecurity for healthcare sectors, a Member of Cybersecurity Committee for the largest national health care platform (NPHIES), Member of the National Healthcare Sectoral committee of Cybersecurity, and an External Advisory Board Member of College of Computer Science and Information Technology at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU).

Over the course of his career, he has led IT infrastructure upgrade projects in the government sector and in private companies. He also implemented the “Cisco ISE Solution” project which was the first successful IT security case study in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be published by the CISCO international website. More notably, he led to successfully apply the standards, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 for Information Security Management System (ISMS) and ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems in King Fahad Specialist Hospital as the first Information Security Administration in the health care sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and obtained two international certifications.
