Mr. Saeed M. Belhoul

Biography

Saeed Belhoul is the Director of E-Government Operations in The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority. His areas of responsibilities include operating the Federal Electronic Network and the Cloud Services for the federal government of the UAE. He is an information security specialist with an experience in the financial industry. He has an overall experience of more than twenty years in the information technology sector. Saeed holds a master’s degree in business from London Business School and a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science.
